My interview experience started off positively, and I appreciated the professionalism during my conversation with the hiring manager. The only downside was that I did not receive any follow-up after the interview, even after waiting several weeks. Whether a candidate is selected or not, a short update goes a long way in showing respect for their time. I hope the company can strengthen this part of their recruitment process to create a more complete and engaging candidate experience.
