They ghost over here. Recruiter reached out to me first on a job board. Setup a call for initial interview. The call seemed to go well & the recruiter told me to follow up after the holiday. I followed up and got radio silence.
Just send a generic rejection email if the candidate is not a fit.

Entretien
3 hours of grueling, boring questions about how would you architect microservice solutions. They're built on Cold Fusion (yes, Cold Fusion) and attempting to upgrade. The interviews were duplicative and a time suck. The internal recruiter did not return emails after I wasted a day of my life with these boring interviews. Very unprofessional.
