Double entretiens en teams : 1 RH , 1 avec un Manager. Proposition dans la foulée pour une embauche sur profil. Assez content au niveau de la rapidité du processus. Mais le salaire proposé était bien trop bas par rapport au marché.

I recently participated in two interviews for a System Engineering consultancy role with TS about their Germany-based roles. Although the interviewers were friendly, I found their professional conduct lacking. The interviews started late, some participants failed to join on time, and instead of focusing on the technical aspects as expected, the session was diverted to a company presentation among other issues. One might overlook these shortcomings; however, the company's failure to provide any feedback or respond to follow-up inquiries after professing to be a large consultancy firm suggests a lack of corporate maturity and professionalism. This experience leads me to believe that the organization may have grown too quickly without developing the necessary organizational and professional standards. I would advise others to consider alternative opportunities.

All completed in 2-3 weeks, screening interview with HR, then being introduced to the department's managers and afterwards a final interview with the Engineering Principal. Interviews were more about a personality fit than anything too technical although some key technical questions were asked.

Was a normal process. HR call then HR interview. . . . Followed by first and second interview . . . .. Offer meeting with the business manager. Interview with the client.

Interview process and short with multiple rounds. First round is an HR call. Second round is a panel interview with multiple business managers asking the same questions. Last round is a project specific interview once you get allocated to a project.
