There will be a group interview first asking basic questions then an assessment it can be online or you can take it in their office and then the final interview

It was easy. Interviewer asked the most basic questions. Got offered the job but dont know what I will do yet. Teleperformance portugal seems like a good company that I would like to work for.

It was 2 steps interview. The first one was more focused on soft skills and basic knowledge by a recruiter manager that had nothing to do with the company. The second one though was harder, I had to show different specialized knowledge about marketing and KPI's and also prove that I had some selling skills.

I went through 2 interviews, the first one went well but the second one the recruiter was very rude and i ended up feeling uncomfortable, he downgraded me and then after the interview, the first recruiter contacted me and raised a dispute to defend me and sent the recording of my first interview; i got the results and was for another interview but i apologised and declined because of the bad reviews i heard about the company and the employee who committed suicide inside the company building.
