1) I sent in my resume 2) I was called in for interview 3) The interview process involved 3 people with numerous questions. it was very lengthy and somewhat tiring. I felt like the questions they asked which were open ended, but they were definitely looking for specific answers to be sure that I was inline with their philosophy. I wish they had shared more of their philosophy to see if that worked with my views.

Polite and compassionate interviewers. The individuals accurately assessed my experience and understanding of the field. I Felt supported and also understood by the interviewers, and also felt comfortable allowing me to ask questions that allow me to understand the company further.

There are 3 rounds of Interviews (phone screen, interview with company site, and then a technical interview). The interview with the company site is a great way to get to know the therapists, RD's and site director. While they are interviewing you, you should be interviewing them, can you see yourself working well wit the RD's, therapists, and doctors?

simple, got back to me in time, adequate information about the job, met other workers, non-confronting, longer process to work with HR after the offer was provided, advocate for yourself

Interview process was easy and comfortable. I liked how much the nurse supervisors communicated with me. They also accomodated my busy schedule when figuring out interview times. They also did my reference checks really fast. It was obvious that they are really efficient because it was quick from the time I applied til when my references came back. They also gave vibes that made me feel very comfortable, at ease, and like I could be my real self in the interview.

Not much to say about the interview process except brought on multiple interviews and no offer, should only do one interview if not willing to offer job. Setting up multiple interviews just to not pick the candidate is a waste of the company and interviewer’s time especially if you already have another candidate that was chosen.

I had a phone screening, and two zoom interviews with the Renfrew Center. Everyone I spoke to throughout the interview process was incredibly nice and professional. They asked me questions to gauge my general knowledge of HR and recruiting, as well as who I was as a person. While I was not offered a position, I found the entire process to be a very professional and positive one.

Very kind and welcoming. Offered information about position and asked thorough questions that seemed to show they cared about finding the right fit for both parties. They also were clear about what to expect in terms of how long before hearing about follow up.

The interview was easy, It was the director and office manager. They were very friendly and gave me a tour of the facility. The team is made up of mostly women. Were upfront about salary expectations.

I submitted an application, as well as emailed with a current employee who I met at a conference and asked her to put in a good word for me. I completed a brief phone interview to make sure I was interested in the job and met basic requirements, then had two in-person interviews (one with my direct supervisor and the second with a group of 3 higher up supervisors).
