Got 2 interviews, 1 from the HR Adviser and second for the Team Leaders. They will ask common interview questions, primarily on your future plans. They will also base the questions from your resume and in the results of the assessments.

They will contact you 2-3 days after the final interview for a job offer scheduled in the next 2-3 days. The process was quick and I can say you are well informed in all the procedures.

    Takes a whole day jam packed exams! Starting with technical exam where you have to take 3 parts of it, first is the coding exam, error detection or copy writing, last is the tagging of appropriate coding for a legal document. Once you've passed those technical exam you will proceed in their English proficiency exam consist of 3 parts too. grammar, comprehension and letter writing (3 emails). You will proceed on initial HR interview when you passed those test. bad thing they didn't call me for the final interview as my graduated degree didn't fit with the position :/ I graduated IT but they prefer those graduate with journalism or marketing.

    The recruitment process itself is rigorous. You have to be called for an exam first, and I remembered there were 4 levels for just one part of the examination. If you fail on 1 level, you will be asked to leave the room and obviously you didn't made the cut (They will approach you to tell you this, so you don't have to be worried being called out by your name to leave). After this examination which will be held in 1 room, you will be asked to have a phone test which an automated call will asks you different questions. Then you will have a reading comprehension exam, and after that, an interview with the HR. They will call you again to come back for the interview itself with the team manager and other bosses of the division you are applying. That's the last part and you will therefore get the result after.

    • I forgot the questions but I would say it's those generic questions you'll get from the internet. I also applied as a fresh graduate so I think it also made sense for them to ask these generic questions.   Répondre à cette question

    I was referred by a friend to apply in TR. After a week, someone from the Talent Acquisition team invited me for the initial interview and assessment. There are two major parts for the assessment. One is for technical skills in editing, coding, and proofreading. One is for mastery of the English language. All tests are progressive so if you failed on the first test, you can't move to the next test. After the assessment, I was interviewed.
    After a month, I got a call for final interview schedule. Then, a panel (at least 3 people from TR) interviewed me. They said they will inform me whether I passed or not. Sadly, it has been three weeks now from the final interview and I still haven't received any news from them. I followed up the status of my application via email but no one bothered to reply.

    The HR representative called me a few days after I submitted an online application. They asked a few questions, mainly the things I put on my application/resume, and invited me to come to their office the next day for the initial assessment. There was a computer test about coding, proofreading, and identifying/classifying errors. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the highest, I would rate the difficulty level to a 7. If you get through that, you'll take their English test - primarily grammar, vocabulary and composing emails. Thereafter, I was interviewed by another HR representative about generic stuff: say something about yourself, give 3 reasons why we should hire you, etc. After that, they congratulated me and asked me to come after 2 days for the panel interview. In the final assessment, I was interviewed by 2 managers. In my personal experience, they put on a bit intimidating atmosphere - not much facial expression, eerie silence, etc. After a week or so, the HR representative called, informed me I got in, and asked me to drop by the office to sign the contract.

    I applied thru an employee referral. I was scheduled for initial assessment after a few days. The assessment was divided into two parts - examination and interview with HR. The exam was progressive (coding, error detection and tagging exams then basic english exams to gauge your writing, reading and hearing skills) so if you fail one, you will not proceed and will be asked to leave the exam room. I was not interviewed the same day and was asked to come back next week. After the Har interview, I waited for a week for the final interview which they schedule for another week. During the final interview, you will be talking to a panel consists of team managers/leaders. Now I'm just waiting for a job offer. They said I will be notified this week regardless of the result of my application.

    It was very pleasant, the interviewer is not intimidating. Must go to their office early to avoid being late. They have shuttle service, though. The first process is exams about grammar, coding and listening. It is easy if candidate will focus intensely. There are about 7 exams. After that you will be endorsed for initial interview, then final interview which is by a panel of hiring managers.

    After you submit your application online, you will be receiving a phone call from the Talent Acquisition Team. She/he will conduct a phone interview then they will invite you for the initial assessments.

    1st stage is the technical exam. This is a progressive type of test. If you fail from one part, you cannot proceed to the next one.
    2nd stage is the English proficiency exam.

    If you passed all these assessments, they will contact you for the next step.

    3rd stage - Interview with the HR
    4th stage - Final interview with the Team Managers
