    I first did an online assessment, where I completed a questionnaire based around personality, then a texting one where you responded to customers and coworkers. I was then contacted by the recruitment team who called and asked if I would do a phone interview. This was a roleplay, selling someone a phone plan. I then had a face to face interview on Microsoft teams, where I was asked a few personal questions about experience and working towards goals.

    Online assessment. Fairly straight forward questions about customer service. Personality test too to see if you're a good fit. Are you hardworking, take credit, team player etc.? Scenario based questions are easy but can fall into traps if not reading questions carefully.

    Poor experience and very slow with communications.

    Found the entire process unprofessional and disrespectful

    Initially applied online, with the internal recruiter calling me a few days later. So far so good. She performed her screening exam and notified me that her colleague would call within two days. Three weeks later I received a call "Hi, we are now ready to invite you to a 2nd interview". I found this quite arrogant as they did not apologise for the delay or ask if I was still available.

    I accepted to gain video interview experience and the interview was arranged beginning of June. Both the internal recruiter and manager arrived 10 minutes late and began the questioning. The questions were fairly standard, chat about the role, wha tI could offer, company direction and so on. In general the interview went well knowing I had performed well and the interviewers also confirming they were pleased with how the call went. The recruiter stated that they would be in contact within the next 72 hours.

    7 weeks later and still no comms. Chased the recruiter on email but no reply. Contacted the admin who setup the call and she "would look into it and get back to me" 4 weeks later still nothing.

    Luckily it's not a role that I am to keen about, however I feel this is really poor from any professional organisation. At least follow up with a comms stating you are very busy, or role on hold, even the role is no longer available.

    Interviews require much prep, there is a lot of effort that goes in, not to mention the mental strain. During the Covid times it also means organising other household members to relocate for an hour or so.

    Please Three at least contact the candidate and thank them for their interest in the job and the time they have given you (because interviews are for both parties) So arrogant and rude.

    After applying via their online site - no cover letter needed by the way, their in house recruiter contacted me via email with a link to book a slot of the 1st round interview.

    1st round - phone interview with seemingly a senior member or a hiring manager in the team.
    Both competency based and HR questions came up. Nothing too unconventional, but usual questions.
    30-45 minutes

    2nd round - After about a week, I was again contacted by the recruiter and asked to prepare a brief presentation on a analysis on a given dataset - which was csv file with a small dataset 8 attributes X 14K rows.

    Before the interview, a kind of online personality test had to be done. The type with “choose the statement that best describes yourself”where rephrased sentences repeat. (The one that you learn about in the data analytics course, one with weights and designed to measure your personal traits. )

    The dataset was quite simple to run a mini business type analysis, but as it was too simple, it was difficult to estimate what level of analysis they were expecting. (8 attributes meaning, it takes like 5 minutes to do the star schema in any tools these days.) Presentation had to be given in front of three panels - one senior member from recruitment team(HR) and two from the team - seemingly both team lead level.

    There were a few questions about your analysis during the presentation, then after the presentation, usual competency based questions repeated, followed by some trait related questions.

    Overall interview atmosphere was informal and friendly enough and the recruit specialist I was dealing with was efficient and professional.

    The recruiter was very friendly and accommodated all my requests. Very polite. The interviewer was very nice as well. Two people interviewed me for 1 hour. Competency based questions mostly and towards the end focusing on my CV.

    Had a 30 min telephone interview discussing my background and role in detail.
    Had a 121 interview with the hiring manager and HR
    Questions were competency based followed by a presentation task.
    Found interviewers very condescending especially HR who couldn't bring herself to smile. Not welcoming at all.
    Recruitment process was appalling. Didn't receive any constructive feedback following the final interview despite chasing. Having to take a day off especially for the interview and not have the audacity to provide me the outcome of the interview. Will never apply to Three again
