Short to the point one on one with the manager asked basic questions about prior job experience and school called back the next day to tell me my start date but hired on spot
it was not so easy not so hard. they are good and polite. they will tell you the truth about the vacancy if they don't have vacancy they will tell you at the moment before taking interview they won't waste your time.

Got hired on the spot after the initial interview the management was nice and professionalism at its best.handed my uniform and train me well to become a leader and provided paid online trainings compared to other fastfoods
