They used to do group interviews, that was my experience. One-on-one interviews are more common now. Interviews are done on site in the venue. It's very casual and calm. For the group interviews, they just want to see how you interact with other people.

It was a fun energetic, relaxed, casual game filled environment. It was tons of fun and just getting to know each other better. Just be yourself and have fun because if you are faking it they can see through it. The likelihood if you are doing that will not get you hired.

Not your average interview. Beginning of the interview they played music and we played team bonding games then they asked a few questions about experience and availability and then one random question

interview process is so fun! of course people are tensed up and have anxiety about the job, but we danced, and released all that tension. It was a team effort, and you’re interviewed in a group.
