I applied online. I got a call a week later. It was a group interview. I got offered the job that day. I was given a tour of the store. I had to work in a team, and had to go find a product and 'sale it'.

Fill out questionnaire on the online applications and if your selections was what the company is looking for they will call for an interview. It is done as a group interview so there is multiple selection of future employees to choose form. So technically you are competing with others in the group interview.

Entretien
It started with a group interview and then moved to individual interviews, pretty fast paced and fun. I was asked a series of questions relating to past sales experience, retail experience and how I would handle different situations with customer service.
