I submitted my resume, and proceeded to reach out to the recruiter that posted the role. R.B, the recruiter, proceeded to contact me, and wanted to set up an initial interview. She asked for my availability, and I provided several times and dates. She then proceeded to ghost me, and when I followed up, she sent me a generic response, thanking me for taking the time to interview, but they were moving forward with other candidates. I WAS NEVER INTERVIEWED!

Online timed editorial test first, and then several rounds of phone interviews with HK personnel. I came as far as the phone interview with poor reception with the London office.

First interview. A call of 15 minutes with two software engineers, they asked me general programming questions. Second interview. General Programming questions again (They ask always the same questions) and two rounds of live coding. During the call, the majority of the interviewees were ass-kissing the engineering director, they seem to be asking permission for everything, this was the type of environment in the team I interviewed with. It appears that there is a lack of experience among the team members in how to properly conduct an interview, and some members of the team, including the director, are giving you attitude. Their software engineering skills could use some work too. The pay range that they offer for a senior engineer is ridiculous low too, interview with them only if you want to practice as I did, you cannot be serious to join this company. It is evident from my interview that the culture and environment is toxic and working with many of these people would be a nightmare.

They are really too bad , I had a call from recruiter with basic questions second round was with manager via video screening 'Teams' form that day I had not received any feed back from them, they are not working professionally, I do not recommend IT guys to be there

I got a call from the recruiter Meghan In London who was very nice. She just asked me a few quick questions like why do you want to work for Transpefect. Then I was scheduled in for an interview with the Senior Director of Sales Nate Fong. He was very rude and pretentious. My interview was in the morning for him so he thanked me for accompanying him on his morning commute in his car. Nate never turned on his camera so it was pretty awkward. I could also hear him eating while I was speaking. I knew the interview didn't go well but even if I got the job I would've been on his team so I would've declined the offer.

Straightforward interview process. Do your research about the company, and you will be fine. Had 3 interviews in total and a take-home assignment. Overall, it was a good experience. Learned about the company culture and work expectations through the interview process.

Asked about profiency with Indesign. Performed layout tasks and typing speed test at their office in Midtown Manhattan. Came in for a followup somewhat later where they went over the results of the test.

Fiz uma entrevista por telefone por um representante do RH, que foi boa, e então me encaminharam para uma entrevista online com outras 3 pessoas. Foi bem ruim, as pessoas foram um pouco rudes e pareciam desinteressadas em tudo o que eu tava falando. Uma delas me disse: Você tem noção de que em alguns dias vai precisar trabalhar além da sua carga horária, talvez em todas as semanas? Acho que é por isso que as pessoas pareciam cansadas.

Had an initial call with a recruiter, told me next round would be a conversation with one of the technical managers and they'd be in touch within a week or so. Over a month, haven't heard back, tried calling + emailing. Recruiter called me I missed it and called a minute afterwards and no response.
