Entretien
The interview is done in groups. You watched a couple videos about the workplace, take a quick tour of the facility. After the tour each candidate gets a one on one with HR for a few questions, then a few days later or on the spot get a start date.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.

There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
