Hiring process is very extensive.
As for the people there, they seem rarely happy
unless the position is an off the phones position
no one even smiles or acknowledges you.

STAR method interview. Deep intense history verification. Three interviews, one phone, one in person, and one with supervisor. All questions were situation behavior outcome. They look for full thought out answers.
