      Entretien

      It was a graduate assistant position so I had three rounds of interview. Overall it is an easy process and depends on your manager. First round with the HR, second round with the team lead and the third round was with the manager. Just reviewed my resume and asked me to explain about my previous work experience. Each round lasted 30 mins.

This interview is typically conducted by an HR representative and may last 30-60 minutes. The goal of this interview is to get to know the candidate better and assess their fit for the role. Technical Assessment: If the candidate passes the initial screening, they may be asked to complete a technical assessment. On-site Interview: Candidates who perform well on the technical assessment will typically be invited to participate in an on-site interview at the USF Health campus.
