    Worst interview experience thus far - I applied during summer 2015 and they took 3 weeks to respond. Unfortunately, because of the time they took to reply I didn't see it so I had to reapply through a referral. I then received a short phone call in which she told me they would be sending on some homework to do. The homework consisted of sample emails as well troubleshooting questions. While the work itself was relativity easy for someone with customer service experience, it still took between 2-4 hours to complete. I then was asked to do a skype interview which lasted 1 hour. After this interview I was than asked to do a face-to-face interview in their temp Limerick office which only took 15 minutes. A couple of weeks later in December I received a phone call and was told I had gotten the job, the only downside was that they were unsure of the start date and would contact me in the new year with more information. This is when everything went downhill... during the time between this phone call and the new year there was this huge falling out between the recruitment company and Uber. This lead to the recruitment company being let go by Uber. I then received an email from a new recruitment company asking to do yet ANOTHER interview. They told me to pick a time on a very specific date - I ended up taking annual leave from my current job in order to do the interview. Then I received an email to say that the date that they gave me was *wrong* and that they were not going to accommodate me. Luckily, I booked yet another day off work to partake in an interview in which I could tell the people interviewing me had no interest whatsoever and this was just a formality because of the problems with the previous recruitment team. The entire experience took well over 6 months just to be told I wasn't suited for the job. *Please note I've 2 year experience in CS, specially in emails, using the exact same software as Uber*

    The worst interview process I have ever come across the whole process took over two months. So when i first applied everything was moving very quickly and they gave me dates to choose from for an interview. They didn't respond for almost two weeks, then all of a sudden called me and asked me to come in the next day for an interview.

    I went in and they interviewers just acted as if I shouldn't be there, all the questions were just a bit weird and emphasized "but why you" so much that even when i answered their reply was why?. They asked me Why specifically they should hire me, I told them and replied by saying " But loads of people have your qualifications and experience so why you?" which came across very rude.

    After I left I heard nothing back for about two weeks and then I get an Email asking for a phone interview this time so I agreed and told them when I was available. Then no reply till I got in contact again a week or two later and was sent a generic copy and paste rejection email to say my application was rejected.

    Overall horrible experience, In the end I didn't care I didn't get the job, was just annoyed that the process took so long and wasted so much of my time.

    There was an event called "Happy hour" with an open bar and buffet where I could meet the recruiter and the team leader. We had a lot of fun, had a nice chat and got to know about the job. Afterwards, we had 1-on-1 "interviews" about experiences.

    Then I had a test of scenarios etc. what you would do to verify CSR knowledge.

    Afterwards, I had 2 videoconference interviews, 1 with Community Operations Manager about the job and another with Site Leader just to know if I fit in the team. Then I received the offer.

    CV screening. Then a phone call to set up an intensive interview on the same day. There are 3 panels of interviewers at the same time, 2 one-on-one panels (supply & demand) and a 7 (candidates) on 1 (interviewer). These 3 panels would run at the same time, each and every candidates would rotate through these 3 panels. A day later, there would be a small assignment (same type of answers during the interview) coming in through email and I had to do it within 24 hours. After that, a job offer would come through email.
