Overall Branch manager who conducted interview was clueless. Never told me about meeting a sales quota only said that i had to be good with people and maintain current customers. Now a year in, it doesnt matter how good you treat the customers or how well they like you, all that matters is selling them more product. He did not explain what i was getting into at all as far as a job description. My advice if you are interviewing for this job is to ask what will be expected of me in order to be succesful.

Very easy and open to questions also informative about what you will be doing as part of the job. Anytime I called to discuss or figure things out they were there . Extremely family oriented

Very simple.
A phone interview with the recruiter then, another one in person with the manager. They mostly asked questions regarding your experience and if you are willing to work hard and show up early at work

Several texts followed by an initial interview with route supervisor and service manager. Interviewed lasted well over 2 hours. Both guys were engaging and professional. Second interview needed along with a ride along
