Very conversational interview, was generic "Tell us about a time..." situational interview. Pleasant and kind interviewers, felt like more of a conversation. Received offer under 2 weeks from interview date.

Initial telephone Interview around 1 week after application. Relaxed style with average interview questions around work experience, knowledge of the company and strengths / weaknesses etc. Was not invited for face to face interview.

45 Min interview. The interview involved a recruiter from the company asking situational-based questions and questions describing specific times when you were a leader or encountered a difficult situation. The overall experience was positive.

One 30 minute interview with one or two full-time employees. The interview was at the headquarters in San Antonio. They got back within 24 hours with an offer and gave a couple weeks to respond with yes or no.

I was asked a few basic questions about myself and then three behavioral based questions. I was also asked to rank my location preferences and which positions I would prefer. I was told to decide amongst a process engineering, projects engineering, and environmental engineering role.
