Dropped in a CV and left it with a sales assistant. Got a phone call and was called into interview with two store managers. Was all really casual, was told that I came too early when I was on time which was odd. A bit unorganised.

Super chill interview with the store manager & assistant store manager. Asked generic interview questions, answered some of my queries regarding the work life & all around a really relaxed vibe.

Entretien
It happened during covid so was a phone interview. They said they’d usually take candidates in for a trial shift too but obviously couldn’t in that situation. Was just a very friendly chat with the manager and assistant manager: they asked questions about my experience with customer service mostly, why I liked the brand, but were incredibly friendly
