Entretien
After I sent my CV to HR, I got feedback immediately, the same evening I was invited to represent myself in face to face interview.
After successful interview with HR, I passed Skype interview with my future team lead, completed some tests e.g. CCAT test. After that I was interviewed by my teamlead personally and finally I was forwarded to Renewal Manager.

The interview consists out of several stages: they test laguage skills ( here it is very important that you speak perfect) and also test you analytical skills as well as how good of a team player you are.
