My experience with Vimsoftware’s hiring process was disappointing and unstructured. The first call with the recruiter immediately raised concerns—she had no clear understanding of the company’s hiring process or the interview stages. Later, she sent me an email with a test task, stating that the next step would be this assignment, which could take anywhere from 1 to 4 hours—a significant and unclear range. The task itself was extremely abstract: implementing a logic-code solution for form generation in React and TypeScript. Despite the vagueness, I followed high standards and spent 4 hours completing it. However, the feedback I received was mostly negative, lacking real constructiveness. Instead, it contained numerous minor remarks, which felt improvised rather than well-thought-out, given how undefined the task itself was. Overall, the process was inefficient, poorly structured, and frustrating. I would not recommend this company to professionals who value their time.
