One phone round, then 3-4 interviews in one onsite round. All the interviews were conversational. There was one design interview in which three were three people on their side pretending to be customers and asking questions on requirements. As has been previously mentioned in other reviews, Veeva has still not changed its offending policy to ask for names of other people who you work with at your current company so that they could reach out to them. Very strange! Ultimately, it was laughable that I received the offer with ~40% LESS than my current salary. No guys, Veeva is not hot a company to join! You guys also need to grow up and be upfront about how cheap you are before wasting others' time!
