Someone set up a 1:1 screening via Teams and the discussion was fairly ordinary. We talked about skills, SFDC and remuneration at the end. I am leaning much further into saying the interviewer lacked an outright stance of communication.

30 minute zoom meeting with a software consultant in the candidate development program. From there you're given a case study with little guidance. Expect to wait 2-3 weeks in between as they are interviewing so many candidates they don't have any sooner available times. They also expect you to spend 20-30 hours preparing for this presentation in only a week. You're basically learning the Vault software from zero training. The documentation online is not very descriptive and provides little overall help. Don't bother unless your looking to dig yourself a hole career wise. I wish I would have listened to some of the other reviews.
