1) Applied for the "Data Scientist" position via Linkedin Easy Apply
2) Recieved a 75 minutes of HackerRank test. There were 10 questions, and 1 of them was a code writing question with a "CORRECT" or "WRONG" feedback. Questions were easy for me. Also, I took screenshots of the questions, and showed my answers to my supervisor professor at my university. So, I am almost sure that my score was %100
3) A few days later, a Senior Recruiter from UK office sent me the following questions. Therefore, naturally, I thought that I passed the test, and this is the next stage! :
*How soon could you begin work if successful with us?
*Do you have legal eligibility to work in Poland?
*What is your minimum salary expectation, PLN gross monthly?
*Once the pandemic rules relax, will you be able to commute to our office in Krakow?
4) Answered those questions 9 hours later. Also, all of my answers were positive for the employer side. However, since I am a non-EU citizen, I wrote that I do not have a work-permit for Poland
5) 8 days later, I got my feedback: "We have other candidates who have performed better in the assessment".........So, who can perform better than %100 score? Let's be skeptical and assume that I have 1 mistake out of 10 questions; are you rejecting a candidate who got %90 score?
6) I wrote this to the Senior Recruiter: "I believe that I answered all of the questions correctly. Which answers of mine were wrong? (I have screenshots of all of the questions; so I can check)".........However, he said that he is not able to provide them to me
Summary: Their hiring process is untrustworthy + They don't have respect for your 75 minutes and days + Their "negative interview experience" rate on Glassdoor is already high
