It was a very informal over the phone interview. They needed a person to replace a contractor and had 2 days for hand-off. Then they invited me for a 2 week probation. And I have been here since.

Question 1
Very casual conversation about the experience mentioned in the resume. They might have asked barely 5 questions and then asked if I would be able to have a face-to-face conversation and followed by a 2 week probation. That was it.
Two technical round interview. 80% scenario based questions. HR discussion will be started once technical interviews get completed. HR will explain the process and package details. Once they received all the documents, they will release the offer letter if the candidate is fine with the offer.
Over all a good experience not tough great but there should be proper communication from starting stages. Got better offer from another company so didn't accepted this offer. Interview process is difficult
