Applied for the job about 3 weeks ago, got a call on the second week, on the third week (this week) had an interview with their store manager and assistant manager. The phone interview went pretty good asked really simple question about my previous experience, one question that I was thrown off at was; "Describe your most used application and how a you would sell it to a customer" Not hard but wasn't expected. Their Manager called me a week later and scheduled an interview for two days ahead of time. Went there today, I felt as if I hit a pretty good pitch but not out of the park by any means. The most difficult question they asked was; "Tell me a time you have created sales through a network of people." They worded at lot differently so it took me a second to think, Luckily I was able to recall a previous experience. The rest of the interview was really laid back we conversed about common job related interests and they got me pretty excited about the job. The down side is they said they still had a couple of applicants waiting to be interviewed and could't hand me the job yet. But I will hear from then in one to two weeks.

The interview lasted about 45 minutes, and the questions were based on my knowledge of the brand, technology in general, behavioral styles, also what if scenarios and her views of the culture
