The interview process for pretty straightforward. A technical phone screen followed by an on site interview. The phone screen had 4 people and was 30 mins long. The on site interview was in a panel format. I found the interviewers to be smart and passionate about what they do. They actually are looking for an Architect who is more UI focused (which I was not). It would have been nice to reflect this in the title of the position.
