Entretien

It was an on-campus interview. The company came to visit my college in career fair and the the company representative liked my resume and so I was scheduled for an interview in a week approximately. Duration of the Interview was 45 min. 30 min for cv discussion and problem solving and 15 min for asking questions.

    I applied online through university, and I was shortly emailed about an interview on campus. Email was on campus, pretty casual, and great experience overall. Part behavioral and part technical. Technical questions were not too bad and fair.

    The interview was pretty quick. Two puzzle questions, and a review over the resume and interests. For the process of the interviews, the beginning came with HR, then transitioned into an interviewer with a technical background.

    3 30-minute phone calls over the span of 2 weeks. Spoke with my potential manager and another member of the team. Each phone call was a mix of technical and behavioral questions. For the most part, had to speak about projects on my resume, diving into the more technical aspects of them. Overall, pleasant relaxed conversations, nothing too demanding.

    Worst interview process.When the recruiter called me ,he said they do maintenance of the application and do development work also.When i went for the interview,First of all the interviewer was late for the interview.He came almost half an hour late.After he came,he was so dam rude,He was behaving like he knows everything.Was extremely impatient .During the interview he was reading my resume.Clearly the interviewer had no idea about my resume.I do not understand how can they shortlist the resume without even looking at it.In the interview he was asking me questions that were not related to my profile.They are doing only support and system management in the team,But i was informed that they do development also.Later the interviewer told me they help the development team if they need some help with development and he was so proud to tell about this,As thou he is doing everything in the organisation.

    During the interview process,He asked me to write a algo,I had done some mistake but he was so rude,And literally pushed the paper towards me and told me no it will not work,He was extremely rude

    After the first round(did not last even 15min) they understood my profile is not matching,He left the room saying wait here,Later the recruiter called me(on my cell)said you can leave for the day as the interview is not going as expected.This was totally unprofessional.

    Before the interview there was an online coding test which consisted of 4 coding questions.
    After that candidates were selected for the interview round.
    The interviewer focused mainly around the project. Since my project was related to somewhat E-Commerce app, he asked me to design a user login system. How will I match the password from the database. Both encryption and decryption methods. I told him about the salt method.

    Then he asked me about database design that I used for my project.

    He also asked questions related to Data Structures.

    They took nobody in the end. The whole process was not apt. It was not even based on technical qualities that people had. They were not interested in taking software developers and took students for some other unknown profile. It was haphazard and a very uncanny process

    I was called through Women Codesprint. Mismanagement. After one round of interview told me to interview for cybersecurity role and when I interviewed for that role they asked me about my current offers i told them i have offer from one company for software developer then they didn't show any interest in interviewing me futher. Interviewers were asking random questions don't know how to interview. Wasted my time. People there at top positions are not talented to be at those positions. Not a good company to work at.
