Very informal and friendly but clearly intelligent environment. Three rounds meeting HR, the team and leadership - all three stages were pleasant and felt more like conversations rather than tests.

Very clear questions testing actual knowledge. Interviewer was interested in Skills and personal Character. They made sure it was a comfortable talk and tried to make it less formal to boost a friendly atmosphere.
Call with recruiter, excel test and in person interview with members of the team. Competancy based questions, presentation skills and tasks, and questions around suppy and demand. Offices in aldgate
