everything was a mess there was disorganization, unclear communication, unprepared interviewers, lack of relevant questions, and an overall negative candidate experience, contributing to a poor impression of the company.

I applied online then recieved a phone call. I was screened over the phone by a recruiter who scheduled me to come in for an interview with my local office. I went in for the first interview, came back for 2nd interview. Was sent for drug screen and submitted background check.
