Had an online phone call, then an site interview with the other candidates that took about an hour and a half, and then received an offer.
Interview was fairly basic they just asked a lot of behavoirial questions and wanted to know how you would work with others.

What was a time you had to demonstrate your leadership skills in a school/work environment?
Great, loved the process and easy questions. Got the job. Manager was great and the company is a great place to work. Lots of swag. Overall 10/10. It’s a good choice.
Very simple interview/conversation with store manager. Since I was still in school we kept it simple and he told me about the advancement possibilities at Walmart. Be prepared to talk about your career goals and any leadership opportunities you had
