The interview was in a small office than we walked the sales floor. Associates come up and ask made up questions in order to determine compatence.It took about 5 hrs for the interview. The walk was very stressfull and the manager did not seem to interested,

Not very hard, there wete a lot of questions to describe the experience. te interview took about 45 minutes and i had to go thru 2 more interviews in order to be able to be considered

Starts with a situational interview to sit down interview. Consists of 1-2 interviewers or so times a panel interview set up. In some cases you could get a business case scenario and have 20 mins to prepare and then present.

Great and fun, they ask behavioral questions that you can easily answer when you think long and hard . Store manager and assistant manager grilled me pretty hard but it was fun
