My interviewer was very kind and professional made my experience go by smooth…… I was hired on the spot , waiting on my background check to go through. I can’t wait to start my first day on the job.
Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
