Wave's interview process was by far the most enjoyable one. Their recruiter was very proactive and always gave an update promptly. Meeting the team was also delightful. Everyone was respectful and engaging. It was nice to see that they really cared about each candidate and wanted to see if it was a good fit with not only the skills they were looking for but also the overall work culture. My only suggestion would be to make sure the job title matches the actual work. While the listing was for an UI/UX designer, they were looking for someone who wanted to do marketing/branding instead. Graphic/Visual Designer would have been a better depiction. It was a little disappointing as the team seemed amazing to work with.
