First contact via HR, then a task is given to candidate. If successful, you have a second round with your team lead and a third round eventually with team mates or even the CEO or COO (if requested).

The first interview was with the recruiter, the second round was with the director/GM and the third interview with the VP. The VP lacks emotional intellengence and didn't show respect to the candidate he is interviewing. Poor experience!

I have had 4 interviews, with different people, the process was clearly explained, I never waited too long to know if I was onto the next step and the deadlines they told me about were always respected. The only con would be that the questions were kind of redondant, at some point I have been asked 3 times the same one, only by different people. Otherwise they really guide you through the process and even provide you with some great advices for the next steps.

Pretty straightforward. Applied online and was invited to a 30 minute zoom interview during which luckily the same old repeat questions weren't asked. They had read my CV and were aware of my qualifications and didn't make me repeat them.

I have to agree with the other reviews; - CEO totally unprepared - Uninterested throughout interview - Asked no questions at all, to the point in which I was breaking minute long silences asking what he'd like to learn - No rapport building - Lack of understanding of me, hadn't read my CV, wasn't sure what role I was going for, had no idea of the process I'd been through - I talked through my experience at length, much more detailed than I usually would just to fill the void - Feedback "CEO didn't feel that you explained what you actually achieved at your previous roles" Ask no questions, hear no answers. You can learn a lot from the way a company conducts itself in interviews..... - Side note, the recruitment team were great!

2 or 3 phone interviews with some random people Seriously.., don t go there.. the CEO came late , he was supposed to be at the office but he was in Russia via skype... he NEVER looked at me during the conversation, he was doing whatever on his computer , he know customers service because he read Books about it LOL doesn t have a clue of what he was talkingabout , the product is ... well not a change to have it works in EU
