One of the more thorough and thoughtful interview processes I've gone through. I had an opportunity to speak to a variety of folks from different teams, all of whom were kind, attentive, and provided transparent and direct responses to my questions. 1) 1-way video interview, with ample time to prepare for each question and do a re-take if necessary 2) A series of 1:1 meetings with HR, hiring manager, and someone in a similar role on the team 3) Comprehensive test project reflective of real day-to-day work. I had ample time to complete this and the opportunity to ask clarifying questions. 4) Final interview day (conducted remotely), which included presenting my test project to a group and some additional 1:1 interviews I was really impressed with WillowTree's commitment to making the virtual interview process as seamless as possible, while still giving me a sense of what office life would be like when in-person work resumes.
