Interviewing at Windfall was a streamlined and efficient process. The whole process was outlined in the first call.
The process consisted of a screening phone call with the recruiter, an interview with the hiring manager, a short skills test project and presentation to the hiring manager, then a call with a VP, and finally a meeting in person with the CEO.
At each stage, the interviewers were prompt with their responses. Each provided candid perspective on the company, culture, and role. The recruiter reached out to provide guidance and expectations for each stage of interviews and to answer any outstanding questions.
While there were a few steps, the timeline was not drawn out and I received confirmation of the next steps within a couple of days of each interview.
