I came to take the exam for the Wix Kickstart Juniors program, the first stage was leetcode questions, there were a total of 4 questions, 2 at an easy level, one at a medium level and the fourth was difficult
You have to do it in 3 hours
the interview with the recruiter was nice but I felt like they tried to understand why i want to leave my current company and kept asking about this. I just wanted to move from a small company to a big one

I applied online and received an invitation to a 2 hour in-campus tests.
It was mostly leetcode questions, and the last part was working on an existing fullstack web application, fixing bugs and implementing new features using AI enhanced IDE
