Interviewing with Sensus was a very positive experience. The recruiter worked very closely with me to find 2 roles that may be a good fit. I had a phone screening with hiring managers for both roles first, then was extended an in person interview opportunity. I interviewed with 16 different people for the 2 roles in small groups of 2-3. Interviews were very relaxed and could tell everyone was trying to gauge if I would be a good fit in the team. I had to fly in from out of state and was able to interview for both roles in one trip. A travel agency took care of all travel itinerary and was able to help me get home on a Sunday after a flight cancellation. After interviewing for both roles I decided neither were a good fit for me and let the recruiter know at the end of the day. Everyone I spoke with at Sensus was respectful of my decision and honesty.
