I sent in my resume via email (the store had yet to be built) and I was contacted roughly a week later by phone. We then scheduled a interview in-person. I only had to do one 1:1 interview. There is a possibility for a group interview though other employees I worked with told me they had to do one. After my first interview I was hired on the spot. A few days later I met with my interviewer again to give her banking info and other documents and we finalized the date and location of my first training shift.
