J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zara en juin 2014
Entretien
I sent in my resume via email (the store had yet to be built) and I was contacted roughly a week later by phone. We then scheduled a interview in-person.
I only had to do one 1:1 interview. There is a possibility for a group interview though other employees I worked with told me they had to do one. After my first interview I was hired on the spot.
A few days later I met with my interviewer again to give her banking info and other documents and we finalized the date and location of my first training shift.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
There honestly wasn't any difficult questions, all were the typical generic ones you get in a retail interview. Just make sure you do your research on Zara and have a basic understanding of their business model.
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
