It's a fun experience, it was via phone about 2 years ago and they just asked me simple questions such "what are your strengths and weaknesses". They generally hire anyone with a pulse.
Online group interview with the HR director. The questions were quite casual. Asked about how’s my life going in Sydney, self-introduction, nothing related to jobs in fact. After the interview I was invited to the store, as a training day.

Very easy and approachable. The manager was nice and asked a few questions about the former experience in retail environment, when I said I had none she accepted with grace and tried to figure out my strengths/weaknesses

Online form, with submission of cv and then a group interview with 7/8 more people. we did introductions, we were given some scenarios and were asked to answer 1 at a time, we were then asked our availabilities
