The entire process took almost three weeks, from the first contact to receiving feedback after the final stage interview. Throughout, the HR representative was quick to respond to any questions I had, making the process smooth and efficient.
Everyone I interviewed with was friendly and professional, which gave me the impression of a positive team culture and work environment.
Regarding the interview stages:
1. First stage – An initial interview with HR to discuss my experience and skills.
2. Second stage – A skills assessment interview with a team member.
3. Final stage – A task presentation in front of the department head and country head.
Although I didn’t get the job, I truly appreciated the thoughtful and constructive feedback I received. Few companies take the time to provide such detailed insights, which reflects the company’s values and the genuine care they have for people.
Overall, my experience was very positive.
