Entretien
The interview process was straight forward. The initial interview was over the phone and was followed up by a 1:1 in-person interview with HR. Upon successful completion of the in-person interview there were a few online tests to assess basic math and business skills. Once the tests are complete there is a final evaluation done via a simulated sales call (Zones provides basic instruction in how to perform the call). After the interview process is completed and a job offer is extended new employees start out in an extensive training program that includes technical knowledge as well as sales techniques.

I applied online through a job seeking website. I got a call after 2 months about the vacancy. The HR executive confirmed my availability in next 2 days and scheduled my interview after 2 days in evening. I reached on time. After waiting for about 35 minutes, I was called for interview. Interview took about 15 minutes. I was told this was the final interview.

Fast and effective in the process of bringing on AEs. They only limited to 1 interview and a phone call. Overall effective placement and flow of the interview. Not to many people to track or keep in order.

Entretien
There are usually 3 total interviews after the initial screening. You will have a manager, director and VP interview you. Very basic questions involving sales and problem solving. The questions are not difficult, but they will make you think about prior experience. Bringing in ammo that can display your sales and diagnostic skills will be helpful. Remember to ask questions along the way. They use QBS, question based selling, as their main selling approach.
