Phone screen, onsite followed by panel. Asked details but answers were redirected. Maybe a cultural thing but if there is no trust in leadership why would customers buy. Customers and interview candidates be forewarned. Again, why would you buy from a 100% cloud service. Give me a list of foreign governments who buy and then they dont know the answer.

    Entretien

    I applied online for the role and heard from the Recruiting Manager within several days to schedule a phone interview with her. During the phone interview, I spoke about my background and explained why I was looking for something new then received additional information about the opening and the team. Before the phone interview wrapped up, I was asked if I'd like to move forward by coming in for an in-person interview. I agreed to and came in the following week to have a 1-on-1 interview with two Marketing Managers and the Recruiting Manager.

    I was quite disappointed with my interviews with the Marketing Managers as their cell phones kept going off. I found it to be very distracting. At one point, one of the managers took their phone out to text and answer calls. Completely derailed the interview as she lost her train of thought. At that point, I knew it was downhill from there and my time was going to be wasted.

    On another note, I was delighted to meet the Recruiting Manager in person as she was very personable over the phone. She chatted with me about the company culture and what the next steps were going to be which was an in-person with the CMO.

    To say the least, I left knowing I didn't care if I moved forward.
