    Was contacted by a recruiter who gave me a phone interview. Then brought me in to hiring manager; we probably spent an hour together. I came back a few weeks later to meet the multiple team members (3 hours). Didn't get an offer due to a restructuring.

      Very long process lots of start and stops; staffing center total gatekeeper- had to go around to get process moving- they did not like this and let me know. I believe that the managers would rather do the hiring themselves than rely on this infrastructure with candidate betting and checks and balances. It seems company having lots of turnover so wondering what the reason for this is. I did. It see a lot of potential for upward mobility based on my research

      Several interviews including HR phone screen, Wonderlic exam(s), four interviews with manager, rvp, vp and the marketing exec. Extensive process with some turns. Communication was good. Nothing too difficult to follow or understand for an experienced hire. Came well prepared.
