What do you know about C2 Education?

That they are greedy and hire corrupt and unethical employees

C2 is hands down the WORST. They're corrupt and don't want you to care about the students. They only care about how much money you can make, and when you hit your goal they want you to make more. Turn over is the ONLY consistent thing about that place. I am surprised that they haven't closed down yet. They spend more time paying other companies to remove negative reviews. Moins

Why do you want to work with the USO? What draws you to our mission?

We use to organize diving trips for USO ,since 2008 when I' m still based i Fujairah and till I was a Shop in Charge in Atlantis the Palm and organize boat trips for them. I find the people from USO easy to communicate wit good discipline and punctuality which I find very interesting and awesome. Moins

I supplied the information of my years of leadership, teaching, sales, service.

Yup that sounds about right. The incompetent District Managers tell the Center Directors they want them to interview a potential CD. Instead of them doing it because they don't know how. The reason why they are constantly interviewing is because they have such high turn over so by the time a new "temp" is trained an old CD quits. Typical cycle of C2 Moins

"Awkward?" They really should say irate parents, because C2 doesn't follow through. Do yourself a favor, and just give the family your managers number. Moins

As a classroom teacher, you may not always know the ins and outs of the politics, laws, and local government initiatives in education AS THEY RELATE TO BUSINESS! Sylvan Learning combines business with education and it is crucial to know how a new law in going to effect someone who is trying to make a profit. I found the business details of the laws were questions I didn't have the exact answers for because that wasn't my side of education as a classroom teacher. As a teacher, I never faked it, so I didn't in the interview, either. I simply said that this was not my orientation in the classroom but I certainly had the ability to add the concern to my orientation. I wasn't unfamiliar with any of the issues. I was simply trained to deal with them from a different perspective, which is understandable. Moins

Good luck, nothing will ever be good enough. your DM and RM are going to be useless but very demanding and demeaning. The training is nonexistent. They expect you to pick up daily procedures on your own and only train you on sales and how to be corrupt. Invest in sleeping pills because you're going to need it in order to be able to sleep at night. They ask you to do a lot of unethical things to close a sale. Moins
