Do you believe in Big Foot?

39 réponses

Yes, I am married to her.

Do you want me to believe in Big Foot?

I believe in Bigfoot as a symbol. A symbol for uneducated people that there may still be mystery and excitement in the world. A symbol so inspiring people will do absurd things to seek out that excitement. In this light, Bigfoot is an example of how easily people will believe in something they wanted to all along. Now we just need to convince them that a cruise will get them laid/ save their marriage/ reconnect them to their kids/ make them feel young again/ make memories that will last a lifetime and we'll be tripping over piles of cash. Would you prefer to have 1) a task with given "step-by-step" completion recommendations or 2) just an overall goal that you have to accomplish, and if you stay within the area of allowed actions - you are good, so you can decide in which way you are going to accomplish the goal.

9 réponses

it's depend on environmental approach not our personal desire, either predictive (step by step) or adaptive (rush to the goal) Moins

The second. I want to try different ways of resolving the problem to find one that will work best for me. Also, I will probably find a way that will work best not only for me but for whole company. In such case, it is better not only for me but also for my company. Moins

During the initial training/learning period the first would be beneficial in understanding the companies processes. This would allow me the opportunity to transition to the second through experience and by applying my knowledge and experience in order to identify and implement improvements in how I execute tasks. "Do you know SAP?" "The current employee in this position seems to have a lot of free time - what would you do to occupy your downtime?"

6 réponses

Wow, I can't really remember exactly. I had so many phone interviews and I think each one was different, kind of tailored to the position I was going for at the time. Phone interviews were not that bad though, overall. Basically what was my comfort level with Word and Excel, did I graduate college, describe a day at my current position. Do you have any questions about the position, things like that. Good luck! Moins

I would discuss other job functions I could take on.

last year I was an instructor in an afterschool program. This was my first time with a large class. It made me realize the importance of having routines and behavior management techniques in the class so the next time I have large groups of kids I plan to have an opening and closing circle, having students line up prior to class only allowing the quiet one standing in line the right way into class and having a 5 minute transition period from one activity to the next using music on my phone and verbal reminders Moins

For discipline problems I would first give a verbal warning, 2nd I have the students sit in a corner in the back of the room for 5 minutes then ask why they're there. Usually they know why and then I ask what they will do differently. If the behavior continues I contact my supervisor. If students are fighting I would separate them have them write or draw out problem depending on grade level then ask each person what happened and then have them find a solution Moins

for motivation I would use incentives as I do with a new student I first have him do a certain amount of work and then give timed breaks incorporating what was learned Moins

First question: if your client calls you prior to the meeting and tells you that he would like to go have drinks with his friends after the meeting but the mom disagrees, how would you handle it.

6 réponses

I think the correct answer Is: i advocate for my client so whatever my client wants is what matters. However, if my Client is a minor or has behavioural challenges, I will calmly explain why Mom may be concerned and why they should listen to Mom as Mom wants the best for them., Moins

You would have failed the question. It had nothing to do with self determination or reminding them of a meeting. It had to do with individual rights and freedom to make choices. I was trying to make an informed answer asking if the client was a minor, had substance abuse hx and if there was any contradictions with a clients meds....too many variables to consider. Moins

If you read the question, it said "after the meeting"
