Very lengthy process with too many interviewers, some of whom fought among themselves during the interview panel. A frustrating process. which involved multiple times missing my own work, without a great sense of why so many interviews were necessary.

They had me analyze and edit a piece of content for adherence to brand messaging, and while reviewing my responses argued with each other over whether my responses were correct or not. Seemed they themselves did not have a consistent process

Unnecessarily drawn-out. I had to undergo seven interviews in total, for a middle-management role, along with 2 written tests.
The interviews themselves were not difficult at all. The 5th to 7th ones with US management were positively chatty and very informal, so I guess these were more about fit & personality. They didn't ask me any tech questions.
However, there was radio silence from my last interview for a whole month. I had to follow-up with HR to enquire if I was still in the running or not.

When I applied for my position, it was very different than it is now. I had one interview with a screener, followed by one interview with the hiring manager. I was hired within a week. These days, the final content manager applicant will experience between 5 to 8 individual interviews.
