Elaborated on the importance of communication throughout the school year, as well as the importance of the fact that parents are the experts on their own children. School-family connection is of utmost importance in teaching. Moins
I can't remember the exact question...but it had to do with working with paraprofessionals. This question became a more of a discussion about being young and new and possibly working with a para who has been there for 25 years.

I would want to work with the para and slowly build it into my own. A lot of change happening fast is never fun. I'd rather ease my way into a situation and keep everyone happy. I am pleased to know that this school district provides training for paras more often than I thought. Moins

Yes. I have worked with early childhood population. I used my Birth to 2nd Children with disabilities to help found MECLA preschool with Pastor Taitt. I volunteer my service for two years until I moved on to other projects Moins

I love the environment each time I come to shop. The store is always clean, stocked, and I am able to find assistance when needed. I would love to be a part of this team and provide the same experience to others Moins
