When they ask this question, they are looking for some type of questions to see how motivated you are in knowing in the company. Moins

Do I present you with my soul now, or later?

I was asked to put together a Project 200 when I applied for NYL, but it was WELL into the FCS classes. With Prudential, I was asked to bring one in on a memory stick BEFORE MY 3rd INTERVIEW!!! The "manager" who was interviewing me said "Don't worry, I won't make a copy of it, I'll just look at it". BALONEY. I got ballsy and asked why I couldn't just print out and bring it in with me on the 3rd interview, he asked me to wait for a litle while, left the room for about 5 mins, came back and said politely "Our policy is that we really would prefer to see the file". I politely walked out. Moins

Because the job is based on selling Prudential services, it's pretty obvious what the answer the interviewer wants you to have. But don't lie. If you wouldn't talk to all or any of them, say that. You need to be honest. However, if you would talk to some of them, say who you would talk to (the people in the middle/back/front, etc.). Moins

I would fart

I simply answered with "No." But once again, a question to find out if your personal life is going to be a problem to them. Moins

Say no. You cannot own a business while working at the Scot.
↳
Spoke with my manager about the decision. I still disagreed with their logic. Then, I informed my manager that I disagreed and asked them to refer me to another manger I could work through this issue with. Moins
↳
Hi, do you remember the questions for the second interview?
↳
I inform them that I can work a flex schedule!
↳
Do not answer truthfully! If you say school, kids, own business they will not hire you. They are looking for long term employees. Even if you don’t plan on staying long term lie. Moins
