People are the most important aspect. If you don't have the right people, you can have all the processes you want, but it does not mean your business will succeed. It is the people that are at the heart of a businesses success. Moins

Each of these items substitute each other though I would say communication is the first priority. Through communication we can understand the project criticality and priority to decide the process, patent and people required for the project. And as well we can always set the expectations right through timely communication. Moins
An interesting one: Room A has 3 light switches and Room B has 3 lightbulbs. You are only allowed to enter room B one time. How can you figure out which switch corresponds to which light bulb, with 100% confidence?

Turn two switches on ....wait 5 min, turn 1 of the 2 off, go into room B ...light that’s on is switch that’s on. Light that’s warm to touch is switch you just turned off. Final bulb is switch you never turned on Moins

By making sure that all of the light bulbs are working and the exact same voltage if any of the bulbs have a different amount of voltage it should be turned on without any of the bulbs that are the same amount of voltage Moins

There are three buckets, one with apples, one with oranges, and one with a mixture of both. They are all labeled wrong. You can pick one piece of fruit from one bucket, what would you pick to determine what is in all three buckets?

I posted the question, sorry, I should have answered it. You pick a piece from the basket labeled "mixed." This is because you know it is labeled wrong (every basket is). So, if you pull out an orange you know that the basket holds only oranges. Now you have one basket figured out, and you know the remaining two are also mislabeled, so you switch their labels and you're done. Moins

The question should state that the label always lie. If the label says "Apple Only" it could be "Mixture" or "Orange only" So the one labeled "Mixture" is either "Apple Only" or "Orange Only". So you choose Mixture and what ever fruit you get is the label that is correct. Then switch the other two. Moins

All of the answers are close but not entirely correct. Any box is labeled incorrectly. Choose the mixture box. If you pick out an orange, it is necessarily an orange only box. The other two must only be the mixture or apples only. The mislabeld apples only box must be the mixture because it is mislabeled and there are only 2 other choices left. The last box is the mixture. This is the order in which you must think, although the particular fruit you pick up first could be either apple or orange. Moins

Actually, these questions may look perfunctory, but I think it looks better if you tell the truth -- know your weaknesses, and tell them what you do to recognize and overcome them. I would not hire anyone with no weaknesses, but also would pass on someone who does not have an active counter-weakness plan. Moins
